Official Rules for the Movie Tickets Reward & Exclusive Merch Sweepstakes 

No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old and over the majority in the state or province in which they reside. Employees of Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. (“Sponsor”), Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

    

2. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes will consist of 3 entry periods:
   1. 1.    October 14, 2025 through October 20, 2025.
   2. 2.    November 11, 2025 through November 17, 2025.
   3. December 9, 2025 through December 15, 2025.

       

      Limit one (1) entry per person, per entry period. Entries must be submitted between 12:00 AM PST on the first day of an entry period and 11:59 PM PST on the last day of an entry period in order to be eligible for the drawing associated with that entry period. Entries received during one entry period will not roll over into subsequent entry periods. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

       

3. How to Enter:
   1. You must be following @DelMonteFresh on Instagram.
   2. Like and comment on @DelMonteFresh’s post mentioning the Sweepstakes.
   3. Entrants must be following @DelMonteFresh to win, both at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection.

       

      Do NOT include personal information (e.g., name, e-mail address or phone numbers) about yourself or anyone else in the entry. Entries: (i) must be the original and sole creation of the entrant, and all right, title and interest including but not limited to the copyright in any entry, must be owned solely by the submitting entrant; (ii) may not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademarks/tradenames/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered misleading, inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray or depict any person, product or entity in a false light; (iii) may not violate any law, rule or regulation; (iv) may not contain any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material; (v) may not, for example but not limited to, contain content that reflects, advocates or promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, harm or exploitation of or against any class, group or individual, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or actions or activities that are restricted, prohibited, illegal or unlawful (including without limitation, the consumption of alcohol or other controlled substances), defamatory statements, words or symbols widely considered offensive to individuals of any certain race, ethnicity, religious, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group, or threats to any person, place, business, group or world peace; (vi) may not be sexually explicit or suggestive, profane or pornographic or contain nudity; (vii) must have been created specifically for this Sweepstakes and not have been previously posted via social media or otherwise; and each entrant warrants and represents that his/her entry complies with all of those conditions. Entries cannot contain, among other things, the trademark, tradename or logo of any third party or entity or product, cannot name or describe any person (living, dead, or fictional) other than the entrant, and cannot contain any material that is protected by copyright.

       

4. Sponsor’s Rights to Entries: By entering, you irrevocably grant Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns the unconditional and perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your entry as-is or as-edited (with or without using your name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party.

    

5. Drawing: Sponsor will conduct the following drawings:
   1. October 14, 2025 through October 20, 2025 Entry Period: After this entry period, on October 22, 2025, Sponsor will select a total of five (5) winners in a random drawing of all entries received during the entry period.
   2. November 11, 2025 through November 17, 2025 Entry Period: After this entry period, on November 19, 2025, Sponsor will select a total of five (5) winners in a random drawing of all entries received during the entry period.
   3. December 9, 2025 through December 15, 2025 Entry Period: After this entry period, on December 17, 2025, Sponsor will select a total of five (5) winners in a random drawing of all entries received during the entry period.

       

      The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received during each respective entry period. Within 2 business days of each drawing, Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners by direct message on Instagram. If we are unable to contact the winner within 2 days, an alternate winner or winners will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining entries received during the respective entry period.

       

6. Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. In addition, a potential winner from Canada must correctly answer a timed, mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, and time permits, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received for that entry period. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted for each entry period.

    

7. Prize(s):

   Winners from each entry period will receive merchandise (retail value: $24.00) and a Movie Ticket Reward to see Zootopia 2 in theaters with their family, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

    

   For the Movie Ticket Reward:

   • If the winner is a U.S. resident, they will receive one (1) Fandango Promotional Code via e-mail. Limited time offer. Fandango Promotional Code (“Code”) is good for up to $40 off the purchase of 2 movie tickets ($20 per ticket, up to $40 total ticket price and associated fees and charges) to see Zootopia 2 at participating Fandango theaters in the U.S. Code must be entered at checkout. Code is void, and can no longer be used, if not redeemed by January 31, 2026, or when Zootopia 2 is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. One-time use only. Non-transferable. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket(s) with Fandango’s associated fees and charges included is more than Code’s maximum discount, then user must pay the difference.    • If the winner is a Canadian resident, they will receive two (2) movie tickets to see Zootopia 2 at a participating theater in Canada. Tickets will be arranged by the Sponsor in coordination with the winner, based on available showtimes and theater locations. The approximate retail value of the prize is CAD $40, although actual value may vary depending on the date, time, and location selected.

      

     Exact merchandise to be awarded shall be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  A winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred prior to award and must be accepted as awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.  The approximate total value of all prizes being awarded in this Sweepstakes: $960.00 (CAD equivalent).

      

8. General Conditions: All decisions of Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.  By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to the Official Rules. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these official rules (“Official Rules”), or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

    

   Privacy and Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which is available at https://freshdelmonte.com/privacy-policy/. By submitting an entry, you consent to the Sponsor processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the Sweepstakes and notifying and advertising the winners. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Sponsor’s use of your name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without further payment or consideration during a maximum period of two (2) years. Where you have opted in, your personal data will be used by Del Monte Fresh Produce to send you updates and special offers in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications and opting in is not required to participate in this Sweepstakes.

    

9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney, Fandango Media, LLC, Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC, Meta and their respective parents, related, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) any errors on the social media platforms that may prevent an individual from participating or receiving direct messages; (d) printing errors; (e) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (f) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of posts; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

    

10. Disputes: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Florida, provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida, except for any issues or questions related to Disney’s intellectual property, which shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, as set forth above.

     

11. Winners: To request a list of people who have won a prize worth over $25, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Marketing Department, Del Monte Fresh Produce, P.O. Box 149222, Coral Gables, FL 33114-9222, USA. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of each entry period.

     

12. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc, located at 241 Sevilla Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Facebook,  Instagram, Disney, Fandango Media, LLC, Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries.

      Les chances d’être sélectionné dépendent du nombre de bulletins de participation reçus au cours de la période de participation donnée. Dans les deux jours ouvrables suivant chaque tirage, le commanditaire tentera d’aviser les gagnants potentiels au moyen d’un message direct sur Instagram. Si nous ne sommes pas en mesure de joindre le gagnant dans ce délai, un autre gagnant sera sélectionné dans le cadre d’un tirage de tous les bulletins de participation restants reçus au cours de la période de participation concernée.

       

6. Obligations des gagnants potentiels : Sauf là où la loi l’interdit, un gagnant potentiel peut être tenu de remplir et de transmettre une déclaration d’admissibilité et une décharge relative à la responsabilité et à la publicité. De plus, un gagnant potentiel provenant du Canada doit répondre correctement et dans le temps imparti à une question réglementaire d’arithmétique. 7. Prix :

   Les gagnants de chaque période de participation recevront des articles (d’une valeur au détail de 24,00 $) et des billets de cinéma pour aller voir Zootopia 2 en salle avec leur famille, à la seule discrétion du commanditaire.

    

   En ce qui concerne les billets de cinéma à gagner :

   • Si le gagnant est un résident des États-Unis, il recevra un (1) code promotionnel de Fandango par courriel. Offre d’une durée limitée. Le code promotionnel de Fandango (le « code ») permet d’obtenir un rabais allant jusqu’à 40 $ sur l’achat de deux billets de cinéma (20 $ par billet, jusqu’à concurrence d’un prix total de 40 $ pour le billet et les frais connexes) pour aller voir Zootopia 2 dans les cinémas Fandango participants aux États-Unis. Le code doit être entré au moment de passer à la caisse. Si le code n’est pas utilisé au plus tard le 31 janvier 2026 ou lorsque Zootopia 2 n’est plus à l’affiche, selon la première de ces éventualités, le code devient nul et ne peut plus être utilisé.      Les articles qui seront remis seront déterminés à la seule discrétion du commanditaire.  Il incombe au gagnant de payer l’impôt sur le revenu applicable et tout autre coût ou frais ne figurant pas ci-dessus. 9. Privacy and Publicity:  By entering the competition, participants agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition. Any information you submit as part of the Contest will used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes your consent to Sponsor’s use of your name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability:  By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of posts; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes:  You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.

Official Rules for the Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. Pineapple Summer Party Box Giveaway

1. Eligibility:  The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. states who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees of Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. (“Sponsor”) or Mann Packing Co., Inc., as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period:  The GiveawayGiveaway begins at 6:00 AM PST on June 27^th, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on July 18^th,2024 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the GiveawayGiveaway.
3. How to Enter:  
   1. You must be following @DelMonteFresh on Instagram.
   2. Like and save @DelMonteFresh’s post mentioning the giveaway and tag three (3) other Instagram accounts.
   3. Entrants must be following @DelMonteFresh to win, both at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection.
   4. By entering, you also indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules
4. Sponsor’s Rights to Entries:  You do not transfer ownership of your entry by entering the Giveaway. However, by entering, you grant Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your entry as-is or as-edited (with or without using your name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you.
5. Drawing:  On or about July 21^st, 2024, Sponsor will select a total of ten (10) winners in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period. 
   1. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Within 2 business days of the drawing, Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners by a comment, tag, or direct message on the social media platform the potential winners used to enter. If we are unable to contact the winner within 5 days, an alternate winner or winners will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining entries received during the Entry Period.
6. Potential Winner Requirements:  Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place based on a random drawing. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.
7. Prize: 
   1. Ten (10) winners will receive a) Fresh Del Monte Summer Pineapple Party Basket (Est. Total Value of $100).
   2. A prize may not be transferred prior to award. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
